The 3rd Annual Christkindlmarkt

New and improved vendor space will allow for twice as many vendor opportunities – both inside and outside – for this marvelous outdoor vendor festival in true Christkindlmarkt fashion! Sign up now to join us as a vendor for the 2025 Christkindlmarkt and register early for special benefits!
Vendors that register online and complete payment before June 1, 2025, will receive the special opportunity of picking your preferred booth space! Simply refer to the Vendor Location Map and select your booth space and insert your top selections as part of your Vendor Application. Booth selections will only be assigned with a fully paid Vendor Application, on a first come, first serve basis. If your first choice is taken, we will do everything possible to assign you your backup selection. This opportunity is our way of thanking our valued vendors and to show you how much we appreciate your attendance at the Christkindlmarkt!
This year’s repeat Vendors who attended the 2024 Christkindlmarkt will also be given a one-time ten percent (10%) discount on their booth rental rate via PROMO CODE. The discount will be provided by the Christkindlmarkt committee via email to each of the 2024 vendors.
Note the Vendor Location Map includes the following:
- Booth sizes are 10×10 (grey), 10×15 (yellow) and 10×20 (blue)
- Each booth space is number and you enter that number on your registration form for selection of your booth location. Select your first and second choices for location on your registration form
- Outdoor large tents are moved to State Street for a more welcoming flat grassy area and improved foot traffic
- A “street festival” atmosphere along First Avenue next to Zion UCC with food trucks concentrated away from booths but close enough to improve foot traffic. These locations require your own outdoor canopy for your booth if you wish to have one.
- A return of the popular indoor booths at Zion UCC
- And our new addition of many indoor booth spaces across the parking lot at Newburgh Elementary School! Foot traffic will be directed past every single booth with an addition of 18 new 10×10 booths, 5 new10x15 booths and 5 new 10×20 booths!
We will also keep a waiting list of vendors in the event a registered vendor fails to confirm their participation at the Christkindlmarkt, so even if booths fill up get on the waiting list for a last minute addition as one of our selected vendors!
